The presentation of the Second Public Report of the Association “InfoSpetsNaz”: “The threat of terrorism in Eurasia”

On Novem­ber 15, in Moscow, in Gostiny Dvor, the present­a­tion of the Second Pub­lic Report of the Asso­ci­ation “InfoS­pet­sNaz”: “The threat of ter­ror­ism in Euras­ia” took place.

The report for the first time col­lec­ted and presen­ted to a wide range of people data on the prob­lems of ter­ror­ism and coun­ter­ing it on the ter­rit­ory of the Euras­i­an con­tin­ent, includ­ing the tasks of coun­ter­ing extrem­ism and ter­ror­ism among the youth of Rus­sia and cyber­space. The second pub­lic report of the Asso­ci­ation sum­mar­izes and con­sol­id­ates the exper­i­ence of Rus­sia and the coun­tries of the former Soviet Uni­on in the fight against ter­ror­ism and out­lines the main ways of devel­op­ing coun­ter­act­ing this threat.

The first Pub­lic Report of the Asso­ci­ation “InfoS­pet­sNaz” was held on Octo­ber 3, 2018 and was devoted to the prob­lems of hybrid war­fare. It was the first in the world to provide sys­tem inform­a­tion for an unlim­ited audi­ence.

Asso­ci­ation “InfoS­pet­sNaz” was cre­ated on Septem­ber 7, 2018. The object­ives of the Asso­ci­ation include the devel­op­ment and imple­ment­a­tion of sys­tem tech­niques to counter and pre-empt inform­a­tion threats at all levels. One of the first devel­op­ments of the Asso­ci­ation is the draft UN Inform­a­tion Charter. It is the prin­ciples of this organ­iz­a­tion that under­lie the ideo­logy of the Asso­ci­ation, and it is with the United Nations that the Asso­ci­ation plans to work closely in the future.

By the end of the year, Pro­fess­or Igor Nikolaevich Panar­in, the head of the Asso­ci­ation, plans to hold present­a­tions of the Third Pub­lic Report: on pub­lic dip­lomacy. For 2019, a mono­graph is sched­uled for release, sponsored by the best experts in Rus­sia and abroad.
