On November 15, in Moscow, in Gostiny Dvor, the presentation of the Second Public Report of the Association “InfoSpetsNaz”: “The threat of terrorism in Eurasia” took place.
The report for the first time collected and presented to a wide range of people data on the problems of terrorism and countering it on the territory of the Eurasian continent, including the tasks of countering extremism and terrorism among the youth of Russia and cyberspace. The second public report of the Association summarizes and consolidates the experience of Russia and the countries of the former Soviet Union in the fight against terrorism and outlines the main ways of developing counteracting this threat.
The first Public Report of the Association “InfoSpetsNaz” was held on October 3, 2018 and was devoted to the problems of hybrid warfare. It was the first in the world to provide system information for an unlimited audience.
Association “InfoSpetsNaz” was created on September 7, 2018. The objectives of the Association include the development and implementation of system techniques to counter and pre-empt information threats at all levels. One of the first developments of the Association is the draft UN Information Charter. It is the principles of this organization that underlie the ideology of the Association, and it is with the United Nations that the Association plans to work closely in the future.
By the end of the year, Professor Igor Nikolaevich Panarin, the head of the Association, plans to hold presentations of the Third Public Report: on public diplomacy. For 2019, a monograph is scheduled for release, sponsored by the best experts in Russia and abroad.
