Association “InfoSpetsNaz” for the first time in the world presented system information about a hybrid war

The presentation of the First Public Report of the Association “InfoSpetsNaz” took place on October 3 in Moscow: “Hybrid war: history and modernity”

Despite the fact that interest in such a phenomenon as a hybrid war is high in Russia and in the world and is growing every year, there is practically no open access to information about it.
The first Public Report of the Association “InfoSpetsNaz” for the first time in the world presented system information for an unlimited audience. The Report reflects both the historical roots of the emergence and formation of a hybrid war, as a means of latent influence on the policies of other countries, and the analysis of modern methods of recognizing and countering information threats.

Association “InfoSpetsNaz” was created on September 7, 2018. The objectives of the Association include the development and implementation of system techniques to counter and pre-empt information threats at all levels. One of the first developments of the Association is the draft UN Information Charter. It is the principles of this organization that underlie the ideology of the Association, and it is with the United Nations that the Association plans to work closely in the future.

By the end of the year, Professor Igor Nikolaevich Panarin, the head of the Association, plans to hold presentations of two more Public Reports: on the issue of combating terrorism and public diplomacy.
